I am in the outback of Australia right now hunting "water buffalo", which is an adventurous and challenging pursuit that attracts hunters from around the world.

Guides: I am hunting "d.i.y" with a mate, and we have hunted water buffalo previously, on a hunting block in the NT. This is not an easy hunt as you have to locate the buff and work a plan which is not always easy. A few years ago i was fortunate to take 2 buff this way. With a d.i.y. hunt you have to bring all the gear, 4wd tents or campers with bedding fridges, food, lots of fluids, your rifle or bow and a good sense of humor.
